Pear Martini

The other night I was in sync with the universe. Things were going my way, my wishes being granted. As I walked to dinner with my hubby, I voiced my desire for a refreshing cocktail, maybe something with pear or elder flower.  As the universe would have it, on the menu was a Salty Pear Martini complete with pear vodka and elder flower liqueur. Of course I ordered and it was perfect! I have to say this recipe will be on my list all through the warm months as it was refreshing and insanely good. It’s sounds crazy but I swear I could taste a hint of blue cheese as if I was consuming a carefully prepared cheese plate with assorted spreads. Even my husband agreed it was a darn good recipe. I assuming equal parts (although I may have to play with the measurements) Grey Goose pear vodka, St. Germain, and pineapple juice. Garnish with salted rim, enjoy ♥Pear Vodkast-germain-liqueurpineapple
