With summer officially starting this week I was inspired to buy a new dress for the warm days ahead. I wanted something light and flirty that would make me feel like I was on a tropical vacation. I found this gorgeous silk tank dress in the most beautiful blue..green color combo, it really feels like it belongs on an island in the south pacific. When I put it on, I suddenly feel that prettier, happier, the days are longer feeling. It feels right styled sweet with delicate gold accessories as well as tough with a distressed jean jacket and chunkier necklace and clutch. I live at the beach so flip flops are really my summer go to shoe. I love these in metallic gold leather as they go with everything and look grown up. Now I just need to plan that island vacation!
