More than just Pretty Bags…

Light and Natural with a Perfect Finish

Yesterday my girlfriend and I were talking make-up and I realized over the years Chanel has become a favorite brand. This surprised me as when I think of Chanel, gorgeous tweedy jackets and quilted bags come to mind, not make-up. But really they have quite a few superior products. My guess is that many shy away thinking the prices are outrageous or that perhaps they are not a serious contender in the face painting business but actually they do a pretty good job. The prices are on the higher side but since the quality is there and they last quite a long while I don’t consider them expensive. I recently discovered their light foundation and it quickly became a favorite. It goes on flawlessly and leaves a natural looking glow, leaving my skin luminous and younger!

I was also sold on their foundation brush which is as far as I can tell the perfect beauty tool. Made with high quality materials, it does is job effortlessly and never leaves behind any stray hairs. I can’t believe I used to use a sponge, never again!

I also recently tried their Rouge Coco hydrating lipstick and am hooked. I was given a sample in Mademoiselle which is the perfect nude color for fair skin and it’s amazing. I’m usually more of a lip gloss girl but this lipstick formula is truly perfect, hydrating, light, and color rich. Win Win.

Last but not least, is my all time favorite lip gloss, Chanel Glossimer in Spark. I have been using this for over 10 years and still love it. The color is gorgeous and the formula is hydrating, not sticky. As the color fades you are not left with any gold specks like some other brands I’ve tried. This is really the best!
