I work with a girl who is so creative and talented I’m inspired every time I see her. Seriously – she designs clothes, weddings, cards, and it’s all amazing. Yesterday she brought in the cutest birthday treat, baked muffins and cakes in mason jars, and they were an instant hit. I just happen to have a few empty mason jars in our kitchen and can’t wait to try this! Simply scoop 1/2 – 1 serving of cake or muffin batter in greased 1/2 pint jars and place in a shallow baking dish with warm water. Bake right in the oven at 325* for aprox 40 min. These make the most irresistible edible treats!
