My coworker recently picked up this vegetarian cookbook at a Nappa winery and I about died when I saw it. It’s the most beautiful, inspiring cookbook I’ve ever seen. I will be ordering for myself and no doubt for friends and family too, it’s that’s good. Erin Gleeson moved with her hubby from NY city to a cabin in Northern CA to be closer to nature. Being surrounded by all that beauty and fresh local produce she was inspired to create and compile healthy recipes that could be made by anyone. Combined with her artistic flair for presentation (she has a background in food photography) she put together this cookbook which can equally be considered an art book. It’s simply stunning. I’m not sure if this will be going on my coffee table or the in the kitchen ♥
