Lucky me, my employer treated the company to one of the best ice cream treats ever! Longboards is this awesome food truck that serves custom ice cream bars. With many choices of ice cream, dipping sauce, and toppings the possibilities are endless. I tried a strawberry ice cream bar, dipped in dark chocolate, and rolled in peanuts and pretzels. It was the perfect combination of fruit and chocolate, sweet and salty..YUM. This is a great concept of a classic treat and the guys running the truck couldn’t be nicer. I also like their attention to detail that shows on the wooden ice cream stick. It’s shaped like a longboard with their name engraved in, so cute! If you live in the OC check out their weekly schedule and pick a date, you won’t be sorry.
