I love having guests as it prompts you do fun things like try a new restaurant or visit a favorite place. My Mom is in town and I was inspired to plan all sorts of fun days while she is here. With St. Patty’s day coming up on Monday I can’t wait to make Guinness cupcakes with her and share them with friends. I have been baking these for a few years for the holiday and they are a fun treat. I use this recipe from the Food Network which is really good, chocolatey goodness with a hint of Guinness stout flavor. If you haven’t tried this I recommend whipping some up and treating yourself!
