Oscar Date Night…

Naomi Watts in CK and a statement necklace is stunning.

Naomi Watts in Calvin Klein

Growing up in Southern California, the entertainment industry is practically in my DNA. I have gone to school with actors, been a movie extra, worked in wardrobe, and have friends who are producers. Needless to say, I love watching the Oscars and of course the red carpet. My sweet husband is a great sport and goes along for the ride helping to set up our own private Oscar party each year complete with our favorite apps and bubbly drinks. We even dress for the occasion. This year I wore a sequin dress and he sported a gorgeous suit. Fun, Fun! So enough about me, here are my top picks for best dressed ladies.  Naomi Watts in CK is stunning! Her accessories are perfectly simple and her casual hair is really working for her. She is the epitome of casual glam.

Jennifer Lawrence looks amazing in this Dior gown. I love the simplicity with the small peplum detail and her necklace draping down her back is divine. I also love her hair, she is rocking that short do and is gorgeous.

meryl streep in Lanvin

My final pick is Meryl Streep who has endless class and polish. She looks beautiful in an age appropriate dress that lets her shoulder peek out, love! Her edgy accessories are the perfect balance and give her a modern look. Bravo Ladies

  1. Charlize Theron was another one of my faves! I don’t know who did her dress but my mouth dropped in awe!
