My girlfriend served this at a holiday soiree over the weekend and she couldn’t make it fast enough, everyone loved it. Here is how: Drop 2-3 bitters into a sugar cube, let soak in. Place sugar cube in champagne flute, pour in 1 ounce cognac and top off with 4 ounce chilled champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with orange twist if desired. Enjoy!
