Last night I heard a song that reminded me of the water show at the Bellagio, Las Vegas, and I started reminiscing of a time spent there. For my husband’s 40th birthday we splurged for dinner at Picasso, located in the Bellagio, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. Let me just say dining there is unbelievable from the eclectic Picasso art pieces, to the insanely delish food, to the impeccable service. The menu is inspired from the regional cuisine of France and Spain where Picasso lived most of his days. There are a few menus to choose from, all with four or five courses, and I feel most confident everything is superb. Let me say this is a very fine dining experience where you take your time and really enjoy all the immense flavors exploding in your mouth and the appreciate the fine presentation of each course. For added pleasure you can book an outdoor table with a view of the Bellagio water show. Highly recommended for a special occasion!!
