I believe a key to staying young is to remain playful and feed your inner child. Where better place to do that than Disneyland? Yesterday we spent all day at the “Happiest Place on Earth” and had a great time! We lucked out and saw several characters which is always a fun surprise as you never know who you’ll see. When the sun goes down Downtown Disney makes it easy to add an adult spin on the day with amazing restaurants and cocktail bars. We ate at the Jazz Kitchen which is inspired by New Orleans and has very good food. Their grilled filet mignon over craw fish mashed potatoes was perfect. They also have to die for beignets, we had more than our share! After dinner we went back to Main Street to watch the fireworks which they choreograph to music and the show is fantastic. As always, Disneyland was a perfect day and lots of FUN!
