This past weekend I discovered the most delicious local grown tomatoes! I bought several bunches and have been thinking about a simple meal that would compliment, not overpower their sweet taste. I ended up making a variation of a simple pasta meal that is always delish! Wheat pasta with olive oil, artichoke hearts, and a slice of hearty wheat bread all helped bring out the flavor in the tomatoes. It was an easy, perfect meal. For dessert I served fresh berries also from our Farmer’s Market.
