This is by no stretch of the imagination a forum for politics however it doesn’t feel right posting about something as frivolous as Ugg boots the day after the election (I’ll save that post for Friday). Regardless of who you voted for, the majority is in and it’s time to all hold hands. Something the President said last night did resonate with me and that is the responsibility of the people doesn’t stop after casting your vote. We need to help build the change for better and we can make a difference one person at a time in our own communities. The president did inspire me to stay involved in my community and do my part to support local business, volunteer where help is needed and fight for what I believe in. Change doesn’t happen over night, it’s the accumulation of many baby steps and we can all take a few steps.
