This weekend I went to my friends baby shower and was smitten with her newly designed baby room. In particular, the book wall her she had built – it was awesome! I am fond of books for many reasons and love the idea of displaying the covers which are often so beautiful. I kept staring at this wall of books thinking I want to do that in my home! I did a little research and found some amazing designs out there for inspiration.

Love this idea for my office.
I’m sure that properly done the “art of it” could change/trump this, but I like the idea that the books also say something about you as a person or family. Cool concept.
