The long weekend was truly relaxing for us and we stayed local, only going out on foot or bike. The weather was amazing, the perfect lounge at the beach weekend. I was inspired to make a tried and true sangria recipe that is perfect for lazy afternoons. I found this Martha Stewart recipe years ago and have made various versions, depending on what ingredients I had on hand. They have all been delish. I think the key ingredient is the liqueur. I usually use Chambord, a raspberry liqueur, but this time I used Pama and it was equally as good. Every time I make this it gets a gold star!
