Who doesn’t love ‘smores? They are definitely a childhood favorite of mine that I continue to enjoy as an adult. There’s something satisfying about toasting the perfect marshmallow, or there’s the burnt method, which can be equally yummy. As summer activities start to wind down I was inspired to have a ‘smore soiree with a few friends. Now that we have grown beyond basic milk chocolate (although I did include classic Hershey), I decided to offer some more grown up chocolate options. I found at our local market Ghiradelli dark chocolate with sea salt and roasted almonds (YUM) and Lindt white coconut chocolate. I also offered cinnamon graham crackers along with traditional honey. It was fun mixing and matching new flavor combos and they were a hit!
