Fresh Rosemary…

To my surprise and delight, I recently brought  a near death rosemary plant back to life. I have been so excited watching it grow back, day by day, with all new fresh needles. Today I was inspired to cook my favorite meatloaf recipe so I could use some of that rosemary! Now I know some turn their nose up at meatloaf, but I promise this recipe is delish! With fresh vegetables, fresh bread crumbs, tabasco for a little kick and a sweet-tangy glaze, this meatloaf is a winner every time. Caramelized onions and rosemary needles top off this yummy creation and make it truly special. The best part is it makes awesome leftovers, so you can look forward to it again the next day!
